水产类

　　巴非蛤：（俗称“花蚶”）县内巴非蛤生产驰誉中外，出口欧美、日本等地，放养浅海滩涂巴非蛤3万亩，7万亩野生巴非蛤在深海区，年产20万吨，除每年3-4月份禁捕期外，常年上市，巴非蛤主要分布在列屿、陈岱、东厦镇。

　　云霄泥蚶：泥蚶口味独特，营养丰富，饮誉遐迩，引进外地泥蚶养殖新技术，改变过去养殖习惯。“海塔”牌泥蚶获得国家工商局商标注册的基础上，进一步打响“云霄泥蚶”品牌，大力发展“蓝色产业”，全县实现泥蚶养殖1万亩。我县被列为第二批国家海域使用管理示范区。泥蚶主要产区：东厦镇的竹塔，陈岱镇的礁美。竹塔泥蚶己闻名省内外。

　　文蛤：我县漳江下游出海口新浮洲的文蛤，肉脆嫩，清甜溢香，厉来饮誉港、澳、台地区及东南亚各国。许多联合体和个体户大量向广西采购运至我县新浮洲等地放养增殖，经1个月或1个季度放养即可重捕出售，其肉质与新浮洲所产的不相上下。目前，文蛤养殖1万亩以上。

　　牡蛎（又称大蚝）：我县漳江下游的石仔关的大蚝比其他地区所产海蚝肥嫩，清甜爽口。大蚝生产在水深6-8米之底下，夏秋二季每天每人敲捕十多公斤，现在推行人工放养吊蚝技术，把蚝壳一个个系在尼龙索上，成串吊在养殖区的海水中，使蚝苗附在壳中生长，年可收获2季，除供应县内外，大部分远销广东及港、澳等地。目前，牡蛎养殖1万亩。

　　缢蛏：每年7-8月间，缢蛏捕获上市，产品畅销闽西北，以及广东、港、澳等地，深受青睐。实行联产承包责任制后，联合体、个体投入养殖缢蛏的有竹塔、东崎等15个村。1996年养殖4500亩，产量5109吨。

　　银鱼：银鱼又是县内水产名牌产品，其中银鱼干远销东南亚各国。漳江口海淡水交汇处是银鱼栖息、繁殖、生长的优越场所，在东厦镇佳洲岛海湾，白塔长港溪湾一带盛产银鱼，常年11-12月份都有银鱼群体在索食、回游，年生产量达20-40吨。县水产局于1994-1995年在漳江内湾两次人工放流银鱼苗65万尾。
